Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Order processing usually takes 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, your items will be shipped that day or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at the point of purchase. We ship nationwide using UPS.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment.

Free shipping

We offer free domestic shipping via USPS on orders over $100. You can see if your order qualifies by using the Shipping Rate Calculator in the shopping cart. Free shipping transit time will take 3 to 7 business days and will include tracking and insurance.

International Shipments

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Laura Tosato. We ship internationally with DHL Express Mail for a flat rate of $50. All brokerage fees are included; however, Laura Tosato is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred for the importation of goods; these are payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. We ship items fully insured and listed at full retail value. DHL Express Mail generally takes 2 to 5 business days, not including customs delays. If customs denies entry of a package and it is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

Web returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

Goods must be free of wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being made (exchange, store credit or refund).

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping costs. Laura Tosato will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the returns office of Laura Tosato.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be returned to the customer with an explanation. The customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

Our jewelry is sold as is. Jewelry, like all materials, is susceptible to damage and requires preventive measures and maintenance. It is important to be conscious of your jewelry while wearing it and choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations where abnormal contact is expected.

Items are eligible for repair with reasonable wear and tear for up to 6 months. Reasonable wear will be determined by Laura Tosato.

If an item purchased at Laura Tosato is damaged, return it to the store. We will pick up the item, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweler, and contact you with an estimate for repair.
